We strictly adhere to industry standards and each service we offer is completed within the guidelines of relevant associations:
CIBSE
Our air and water balancing teams work to the current Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineer (CIBSE) codes, with Code A for Air and Code W for water.
BSRIA
Our pre-commission cleaning water treatment works in closed heating and chilled systems services are set to the standards of the Building Services Research and Information Association (BSRIA), a not-for-profit organisation and members of the Construction Industry Council.
Full PPE, CSCS & more
All engineers carry full PPE, hold CSCS cards and undertake regular Legionella Awareness are Asbestos training regardless if they are on the commissioning or water treatment teams.
HSE ACoP L8 & HSG274 Part 2
Our domestic water treatment processes are in line with current HSE ACoP L8 (2013) & HSG274 Part 2 Technical Guidance.
Local authority compliant
Mains Water Chlorination’s and swabbing as required by Local Water Authorities: Anglian Water and Thames Water.
Accreditations
