West Bergholt School
What the project entails

We host in-house compliance software to ensure all water hygiene treatment works are scheduled and completed on time, every time, all items of plant and domestic outlets are uniquely identified with asset tag barcodes. All works and results are electronically hosted on our bespoke logbook portal which the school can access 24/7, service visit reports are emailed out automatically upon completion.

What we brought to the job

Close liaison and cooperation with the client’s on-site maintenance team are paramount importance. Works are programmed to be flexible to ensure there is no loss of service to the school areas during teaching hours.

Specialist services

Closed system water sampling is regularly performed to BS8552 standards using BSRIA BG29 as reference guide.

Domestic water systems are maintained to ACoP L8 & HSG274 Part 2, we are proud members of the LCA (Legionella Specialist Association).

Having worked in partnership with Comfort Commissioning Services for a period of time I have been highly impressed by their professional approach towards supporting my school. All staff who visit the school are highly proficient in their role and support my site manager to maintain high standards of safety. The communication, time keeping and flexibility provided have ensured that the service fits seamlessly around a busy school day.
