What we brought to the job

Comfort Services Group Ltd have been providing water treatment services for many years to DPL Group and their clients due to our expertise and knowledge. We offer advice and assistance to site facilities management on ongoing maintenance and treatments including optional legionella monitoring.

Nature of client end user business: Community Special School 

Glenwood School is a Community Special School maintained by the Local Authority. It caters for up to 115 learners between three and nineteen years of age. It is a co-educational school for learners with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties. Approximately 50% have a diagnosis of autistic spectrum disorder and approximately 30% have significant physical and/or sensory impairments. 

Glenwood School offers a flexible approach to learning and life opportunities, respecting and valuing the individuality of every learner. 

Project Location: Benfeet, Essex 

Scope of job: 

Setting to work, proportional balancing and commissioning of air and water systems to CIBSE Code A & W. Domestic services chlorination and post works sampling to ACoP L8 & HSG 274 Part 2. Ongoing Water Hygiene contract which includes annual tank cleaning, calorifer inspections and Legionella sampling, all monitored and reported directly via our automated complaince system. 

Timing: April 2016 and continuing
