We care about our community in all senses of the word. Comfort Services Group are proud to join CTP (The Career Transition Partnership) in October 2018. We are now a forces friendly employer helping the military leavers’ find new careers in the civilian workplace.

CTP is a partnership between The Ministry of Defence and Right Management, aiming to make the Armed Forces leavers’ transition into the civilian workforce as smooth as possible. They provide their services, including training, employment, and full support throughout the transition, for those leaving the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force and Royal Marines. The CTP mission is to help Service leavers make the most out of life outside the forces through apprenticeships, internships and full-time employment at the same time connecting the employers with a new pool of talent.

Comfort Services Group recognise that 15000 individuals leaving the Armed Forces every year have transferrable skills and valuable experience that they can bring into our businesses. We encourage those interested to join our team to develop their skills as well as explore and enjoy a new career path!

JCA are doing this challenge to raise some much needed funds to help these often vulnerable people. They are taking the stairs of Tower 42, the famous London landmark, from the street to the roof; altogether 932 Steps over 42 Floors.
